Welcome to The Yoga Hive online yoga class hub.
You might choose by teacher or class style. Most classes do not need many props however props like blocks and straps are sometimes used - you can always use substitutes of your own. What you will need is a yoga mat, some easy moving clothes and some personal space. Make sure you turn the volume up and listen carefully. Just like in your in studio practice, it is important to listen to your body carefully and only do what feels right. Please consult your GP before commencing any exercise if you feel in doubt.

Enjoy this 30 minute barre and core combo. If you don't have access to a barre you could use a chair or bench for support. You will also need a ball for some of the exercises.

Have some weights handy. If you don't have dumbbells any weighted object around the house will do the job. Think canned food, water bottles, bags of rice etc. If you're looking to up the intensity, repeat the weighted flow twice or more on each side.
